Questions

When is Alabo coming out?

Alabo is in testing now. Join the waiting list to hear when it’s on the App Store.

Which iPhones does it work on?

Any iPhone with iOS 26 or later.

Do I need an account?

No. There’s nothing to sign up for. Premium belongs to your Apple ID.

Is my data backed up?

Yes, if iCloud is on: your Alabo syncs through your own private iCloud, so it’s on your other devices and comes back if you reinstall. Settings › Data and privacy in the app shows “Synced with iCloud.” or tells you iCloud is off. You can also export your scores as a spreadsheet any time.

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold an empty part of your home screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, search for Alabo, and pick the size you’d like. With Premium, the large widget can show today’s small steps, which you can tick right there.

How do I change what I track, or what a good week means?

Everything is in My set-up in the app: tap Edit areas beside a pillar to add or swap areas, or tap an area to change its good week, levels or name. Changes apply from now on; your past weeks keep the colours you gave them.

What is Your month?

At the end of each month with at least three check-ins, Alabo makes a short story of it: your colours, your brightest pillar, green runs and turnarounds, with extra cards for Premium. Find it on Home and in Insights › Your months. You can share any card as a picture; area names are left off unless you turn them on.

How does Apple Health work with Alabo?

With Premium, Alabo can read Apple Health data you allow, such as sleep, workouts and steps, and show it beside your check-ins. Where your good week counts something Apple Health records, it can suggest a colour, but you always choose. Alabo only reads, never writes, and never stores or syncs Health data. Connect or disconnect it from the Premium tab or an area’s page in My set-up, or turn off Alabo’s access in the Health app.

How does the free month work?

Monthly and yearly Premium each start with a free month if you haven’t had a free trial of Alabo Premium before. You won’t be charged until it ends, and if you cancel at least 24 hours before then, you won’t be charged at all.

How do I cancel Premium?

On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Alabo Premium, or Manage subscription on Alabo’s Premium screen. Premium stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I already have Premium, but Alabo doesn’t show it

Open the Premium tab and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Settings › Data and privacy › Delete everything. This removes your Alabo from your iPhone and from iCloud.
